A 25 years old woman with cervical cancer stage Ib were treated with pelviscopic radical hysterectomy -with pelvic lymphadenectomy.
The methods were contained bipolar forcops, Nd-YAG LASER, scissors, aquadissection, etc. The operating time was 380 minutes, estimated blood loss was 2.5gm/dl hemoglobin, and hospital days were 10 days.
This case is presented with a brief review of literatures.
